What you pay
AI Onboarding is free with your plan. Starter is $49/month with 2,000 AI credits; Growth is $99 with 5,000; Pro is $199 with 10,000; Resort is $349 with 20,000. Every plan includes unlimited sites and the core product.
Your first payment covers the first month. Onboarding is free. Applicable tax is shown before you pay. Guest payment processing fees are separate.
Pay before setup
If payment is pending, refresh Plan & billing rather than paying again. An interrupted setup resumes without another onboarding charge.

- 3Agree to pricing and enter your card in secure checkout.
- 4After payment confirmation, begin dedicated AI Onboarding.
AI credits
Credits measure AI usage, not a fixed number of messages. They reset each paid billing month and do not roll over. Initial onboarding uses a separate included budget. When monthly credits run out, normal campground tools remain available; upgrade explicitly or wait for renewal. There are no automatic AI overage charges.
The $1 reservation fee
A genuine stay is completed when checked out or after scheduled departure. Each reservation is billed once, monthly in arrears, regardless of nights or installments. Cancellations, no-shows, test records and historical imports are excluded. Owner-entered reservations are included. Mark no-shows promptly so they are excluded.
A refund for a genuine completed stay does not automatically remove its software fee. Corrections to an erroneous completion are tracked and credited. Plan & billing shows fee activity.
Manage your plan
Review upgrades and their prorated charge before confirming. Downgrades start at renewal. Used credits are retained. Cancel at the end of the paid period from Plan & billing; outstanding reservation fees remain due. Payment method and invoices open securely in Stripe.
