Start and manage the subscription that keeps each property active in CampGrid.

Before you start
- Create at least one property.
- Know which property is ready to launch.
- Have workspace owner permission to manage subscriptions.
What a subscription does
A property subscription keeps that property active in CampGrid and allows the hosted booking page to go live when launch setup is complete.
This is separate from guest payment collection. Use the Stripe Payments guide when you want guests to pay by card during checkout.
Start a property subscription
Use the Subscriptions page when the launch checklist is nearly complete and you are ready for the property to stay active.
Steps
- 1Open Subscriptions.
- 2Find the property row.
- 3Choose the monthly or annual subscription checkout for that property.
- 4Complete the subscription checkout.
- 5Return to CampGrid and confirm the property row shows Subscribed or Active.
- 6Open property setup and use the booking link strip to turn the page live when ready.
Read the subscription status
The Subscriptions page shows active, not-started, and needs-review counts at the top. Each property row shows the subscription cadence, next renewal date, and whether the property is subscribed, paused, ending, or needs attention.
If a subscription needs attention, the booking page may stay blocked until the subscription returns to an active or trialing state.
Update payment method
Use Payment method on a subscribed property row to open Stripe-hosted payment method management.
Subscription cancellation stays in CampGrid so the app can schedule the end of the current paid term consistently.
Renewal settings
Cancelling a subscription schedules it to end at the end of the current paid term. It does not delete the property, erase reservations, or remove setup work.
Tips
- Turn off the booking page if you need to stop new requests immediately.
- Use Keep renewing if a subscription was scheduled to end but the property should remain active.
- Use Resume subscription when charges were paused and the property should stay available.
- Review active reservations before changing renewal settings.
