- Know which dates should be closed, held for the property, or managed manually.

How pricing layers work
Every site starts with a base nightly rate. Rate rules override that base rate for matching dates and scopes. Taxes, fees, and add-ons are calculated later in the guest quote.
Stay rules and price overrides can apply to the whole property, a site type, or one specific site. Specific rules are useful when one cabin, premium RV pad, or group area behaves differently from the rest.
Stay rules
Stay rules control whether a guest can book a date range. Use them for minimum nights, maximum nights, arrival weekdays, and departure weekdays.

- 2Give the rule a name your team understands.
- 3Set the date window if it only applies in a season.
- 4Set minimum and maximum nights only when needed.
- 5Choose arrival or departure weekdays when guests must start or end on specific days.
- 6Save, then test a date range on the public booking page.
Blackout windows
Blackouts block booking without creating a guest reservation. Use them for maintenance, owner holds, weather closures, private events, or dates you want to manage manually.
If you want staff to see a stay on the calendar, create a manual booking instead of a blackout.
Seasonal rates
Price overrides set exact nightly prices for selected dates or weekdays. They are best for holiday weekends, event pricing, peak-season increases, and shoulder-season discounts. Keep names clear, such as Memorial Day Weekend or Fall Weekday Rate.
Tips
- Use priorities when rules overlap.
- Avoid creating many one-off rules when a broader seasonal rule would be easier to maintain.
- Use the rate template and Import rates when a spreadsheet is faster than entering each override.
- Test one weekday and one weekend date after saving.
