Add sites, reuse settings for similar sites, and place them on your map.

Before you start
- Decide whether guests will choose from a visual map or a site list; maps are optional.
- Have your site list and public site codes handy.
- Know the base nightly rate for each site or site type.
- Use a CSV import when you have many sites to stage at once.
What makes a site bookable
A site needs a name, code, type, nightly rate, and active status before it is useful to guests. Map placement is optional. The site record also powers the dashboard calendar, filters, guest emails, and confirmation details.
Check
- The site is active.
- The site is on the correct map view.
- The site code matches signs and maps.
- The base nightly rate is greater than zero before taxes, required fees, and seasonal overrides.
Add a site from the map
The quick editor opens alongside your map. Start with the name, type and nightly price; add optional details when needed.
Steps
- 1Open Property setup -> Sites.
- 2Choose the overview or detail map tab where the site should appear.
- 3Click the map where the site belongs, or select an existing pin to edit.
- 4Check the suggested site name and change it to match your signage.
- 5Choose the site type.
- 6Enter the base nightly rate.
- 7Add a short description, photos, and site details such as hookups, length, shade, or surface.
- 8Save and confirm the pin appears where guests expect it.
Add similar sites without repeating the details
Set up one site, then reuse its type, rate, guest limits, fees and amenities. New sites get a suggested next name; photos are not copied. Check the name and location for each site.
Steps
- 1Open an existing site and choose Add similar site, or open Add a site and choose an existing site under Use settings from.
- 2Review the suggested name and copied settings. Choose the new map position if you use a map; on mobile, Choose map position lets you see the map while editing.
- 3Choose Save & add next to keep adding similar sites, or save the current site and close the editor.
Tips
- Use New setup in Use settings from when the new site should have different defaults.
Import many sites
Use site import when a spreadsheet is faster than placing each site by hand. Imported rows can create new sites or update existing site details.
Rows without map coordinates can launch in list mode. If you add a map later, you can then place those sites visually.
Tips
- Download the site template before building your CSV.
- Use public site codes that match signage and your map.
- Review import warnings before committing changes.
- After importing, place or verify pins on the correct map view.
Details guests care about
Different site types need different details. RV guests care about length, electric service, sewer, water, access type, and pad surface. Tent guests care about shade, surface, pad size, and distance to facilities. Cabin or glamping guests care about beds, bathroom access, climate, pets, and accessibility.
Good descriptions answer the question: why would someone choose this site instead of the one next to it? Structured details also power guest filters on the booking page.
Inventory quality pass
Before launch, scan every public site like a guest.
Check
- No duplicate public site codes.
- No temporary internal names such as Site 1 unless those are the real signs.
- Rates look consistent across comparable sites.
- Pins do not hide important map labels.
- Premium sites explain what makes them premium.
- Photos match the specific site or site type guests are choosing.
